Juniper is the latest residential property in SHA's Yesler community. Located at 901 South Main Street in Seattle, the 114-unit building includes 75 affordable housing units. These non-subsidized units are made possible by a low-income tax credit program. They are income and rent restricted and have a different application process than subsidized housing units.

Eligible applicants for tax credit units should earn 2.5 times the rent, but not more than 60 percent of the King County income limit. If you are interested in applying for a tax-credit unit at Juniper, the first step is to fill out this interest form.

Open house every Wednesday
In-person tours begin on Wednesday, Jan. 14 and will continue every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Juniper, 901 South Main St., Seattle. Interested applicants can meet the leasing team, tour available units and community spaces, get assistance with the application process and enjoy light refreshments and snacks.
Earn a $700 rent credit with a resident referral
Current SHA residents can receive a $700 rent credit by referring someone who is approved and moves into a tax credit unit at Juniper. To submit a resident referral, please email the SHA Leasing Team at LeasingTeam@seattlehousing.org.
