Digital literacy support for Housing Choice Voucher participants

Digital Navigators provide tech support for SHA Housing Choice Voucher participants. Do you need technical support for your phone, laptop, desktop, or troubleshooting for any devices? Would you like to learn new skills? Need help getting affordable internet connectivity? Digital Navigators can assist you.

We’re here to support you! HCV Digital Navigators are offering SHA Resident Portal Walk-in Assistance Hours for Housing Choice Voucher participants to help you:

  • Register & Navigate the SHA Portal
  • Complete Your Annual & Interim Recertification
  • Confirm SHA's Housing Assistance Payment for your unit
  • View Your Inspection Dates, Status & History
  • Update Your Information Quickly & Securely

  • Submit recertification information 
  • Update your personal information
  • Contact certification specialist

  • No appointment necessary
  • Walk-ins welcome
  • First come, first served

Services offered:

  • Device support: Troubleshoot and optimize your devices (phone, laptop, tablet)
  • SHA Portal Registration: Get help signing up and navigating the SHA Portal
  • Device Coaching: Learn how to use your devices more effectively
  • Technical Assistance: Get answers to your tech-related questions
  • Affordable internet Options: Explore and compare low-cost internet options and find the best fit
