Northgate Commons

Northgate Commons is Seattle Housing Authority’s (SHA) bold transformation of 8.5 acres into a welcoming, walkable neighborhood where opportunity, connection and community thrive. Steps from light rail, North Seattle College, parks, and jobs, Northgate Commons will bring new homes, green spaces, and amenities designed for the people who make Seattle vibrant.
Our Commitment
Northgate Commons reflects SHA’s mission to create community, not just buildings. This is a place where people from all walks of life can put down roots, share opportunities, and call Northgate home for generations to come.
