On-Site Mobile Dental Clinic

Employees enrolled in Delta Dental of Washington will have an opportunity to receive preventive dental care onsite during the Benefits Fair. Services will be provided in the Floss Boss mobile dental unit, located outside the event space, to ensure privacy. Space is limited and advance registration will be required.

Flu and COVID Vaccine Clinics

Pre-registration required: All clinics are paperless and require online registration for each employee. Enter your insurance information and sign the online consent form at https://bit.ly/4wT9pfa

You may register for the SHA Flu and COVID Clinic even if you are not enrolled in an SHA medical plan. If you do not have medical insurance, the vendor will bill you $60 for the flu shot and $200 for the COVID vaccine after the clinic. Other options are available at a physician’s office or at many local pharmacies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to my appointment? 

For expedited service, please bring your unique confirmation code (included in your confirmation email), insurance card, and photo ID to your appointment. Please wear short-sleeved clothing (privacy screens not included).

Which vaccines will be available? 

  • The vendor will provide the Flucelvax Trivalent Preservative-Free flu vaccine. Flumist Nasal Spray and Fluzone High-Dose are not offered.
  • For COVID-19, the vendor will provide the updated 2026-2027 Moderna vaccine.

Can I get proof of vaccination?

For official proof of your flu vaccination, please email Seattle Visiting Nurse Association at info@seattlevna.com, and they will send you a Certificate of Immunization. For official proof of your COVID vaccine, please visit waverify.doh.wa.gov.
