Partnering with the City of Seattle and the Seattle Fire Department mobile teams, Seattle Housing Authority was able to host 129 on-site clinics at SHA properties to vaccinate nearly 3,000 residents against COVID-19. SHA prioritized buildings with high populations of people of color, seniors and other vulnerable residents who have statistically been more susceptible to the virus and have experienced greater barriers to health care, including access to vaccination.
