Tips on passing inspections of your unit

SHA units may be inspected at any time during the year with proper notice. The checklist below will help you pass your next inspection. Printer-friendly version of the checklist .

1.________ My windows, doors, electrical panels, and hot water heaters are accessible and not blocked by furniture or other items.

2.________Garbage is properly stored in waste containers inside and outside of my unit. My home is easy to walk through.
