Juniper is the latest residential property in SHA's Yesler community. Located at 901 South Main Street in Seattle, the 114-unit building includes 75 non-subsidized housing units. These affordable rent units are made possible by a low-income tax credit program. These units are income and rent restricted and have a different application process than subsidized housing units. Leasing is expected to begin in November.

Eligible applicants for tax credit units should make 2.5 times the rent, but not more than 60 percent of the King County income limit. If you are interested in applying for a tax-credit unit at Juniper, the first-step is to fill out this interest form.
