Families and individuals can apply for a chance to receive a Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8), which provides rental assistance for low-income people to rent from landlords throughout the Seattle rental market. The opportunity to apply will be ongoing and applicants will be chosen at random whenever vouchers are available. Free college tuition or paid internships for teens and young adults
