Lunar New Year is observed on Feb. 10 this year, and it’s the Year of the Dragon. Celebrations last up to 16 days and end with a lantern festival.

The Seattle/King County Clinic is an annual free four-day health clinic being held Feb. 15 - 18 this year at Seattle Center. It is open to anyone who struggles to access and/or afford healthcare. All are welcome regardless of income, insurance, housing or immigration status. Patients will not be asked for ID or documentation of any type. 

From now until April 21, United Way of King County is offering free, virtual and in-person tax filing support. 

Families and individuals can apply for a chance to receive a Housing Choice Voucher (formerly Section 8), which provides rental assistance for low-income people to rent from landlords throughout the Seattle rental market. The opportunity to apply is ongoing and applicants will be chosen at random whenever vouchers are available.
