Pride Month is celebrated annually in June in support of LGBTQIA+ individuals.

“Power UP” at Franklin and Rainier Beach High Schools is a four-week summer program for incoming 9th grade students to prepare them for the transition to high school. Students earn class credits and service hours towards graduation upon completion. Snacks and lunch are provided.
