When SHA’s current Director of Housing Operations Rod Brandon becomes Executive Director on May 7, Denille will become Acting Director of Housing Operations while a search for the position is conducted.

Denille joined SHA in 2013 and became Deputy Director of Housing Operations in 2018. Before moving to the Housing Operations Department, she served as the Manager of Policy, Learning and Impact in SHA’s Office of Policy and Strategic Initiatives.  Denille has more than 10 years of progressive private and public leadership experience in agencies working towards equity and broad social impact.  Prior to SHA, Denille worked as a consultant, leading strategic planning and evaluation efforts with local and state public and nonprofit organizations aimed at systems-level transformation and collaboration. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Reed College and has taken Doctoral degree studies in Human Development and Family Studies at The Pennsylvania State University.
