Do you know how to submit a complaint or concern to SHA?
Residents living in Seattle Housing Authority properties have several options to submit a complaint or concern to SHA.
- Residents may obtain a Complaint Form from their property management office or SHA’s Central Office and submit it in person or through the mail.
- Residents may submit a complaint or concern on SHA’s website.
- For residents who wish to submit their complaint verbally, please contact our Central Office at 206.615.3300 or visit us in person at 190 Queen Anne Ave N.
- Residents who would like to keep their complaint confidential, who fear retaliation, or who would like to submit it to an individual outside of their property management office are encouraged to contact a Property Management Administrator. For residents in the Low-Income Public Housing, call 206.239.1668. For residents living in High Point, NewHolly, Rainier Vista or Yesler Terrace, call 206.615.3302.
