Green cleaning on a budget

Conventional cleaners often contain harmful chemicals that pollute the air in our homes and the water in nearby streams and lakes. This pollution can negatively impact the health of our families and the fish we eat, but cleaning products in the store marked “green” or “environmentally friendly can be expensive.  Luckily, there is a third way to clean your home that is green and cheaper than cleaning products. All you need are three commonly used household products: baking soda, dish soap and vinegar.
