As part of its work helping tenants plan and prepare for employment across a variety of jobs, JobLink has connected more than 50 tenants in the last two years with employment opportunities at SHA.  These positions include paid permanent, temporary and internship positions. JobLink also facilitates links to SHA paid trainee opportunities - six-month assignments designed to provide work experience and skill-building so tenants can be more competitive in obtaining permanent, full-time positions at SHA or with other employers such as FedEx, Swedish Hospital, City of Seattle, ABM Janitorial, Columbia Distributing and others.
