The Boys Town National Hotline is a free resource and counseling service that assists youth and parents 24/7, year-round, nationwide. King County's Department of Community and Human Services provides publicly funded mental health and substance use services to low-income people in need.
WA Listens provides non-clinical support to people experiencing elevated stress due to COVID-19. Call 1.833.681.0211 to be connected to a live support specialist.
Friendship Line has trained volunteers that offers a caring ear and friendly conversation for adults, age 60 and older, and adults living with disabilities. Call 1.800.971.0016 or visit their website to connect.
