SHA operations impacted by pandemic

Dear SHA Tenants,

We value our SHA residents and Housing Choice Voucher participants, and appreciate the opportunity to serve you. I want to acknowledge that SHA operations are not immune from the impacts of the pandemic, including the need to curtail physical presence in offices and at our residential locations, staffing shortages, supply chain delays and other factors that hamper our ability to maintain the high standard of service and maintenance we strive to achieve. 

I’m proud of our staff and their hard work and dedication to ensure that we meet safety standards and continue to provide quality affordable housing. And I ask for your patience and understanding if we can’t address an SHA building or voucher issue as quickly as we could without parts and staffing shortages. 

We will continue to work hard to improve the situation as much as we’re able, and we will continue prioritizing your health and safety. Please let your property management team or voucher case manager know if you have an urgent need or concern.
