Various Hope VI Shower Upgrades

The  Contractor  will  be  required  to  furnish  and  install,  through  self-performance  or  the  management  of  Subcontractors,  the  following  elements  of  work,  including  but  not  limited  to:  installation of a custom sized acrylic one-piece shower pan over the existing shower pan,  installation  of  a  custom  formed  one-piece  acrylic  shower  wall  system  over  the  existing  shower walls, installation of a custom sized acrylic one-piece shower pan over the existing tub; conversion from tub to shower; conversion of existing tub/shower to an ADA roll-in shower; wall repair for rot/mold in walls/flooring; exposed edges capped with extruded molding, installation of new tempered glass  shower doors, stainless steel grab bars, soap dish and tie-in to existing floor drain and caulking.  Contractor shall remove all debris from the work site.
