SHA RELEASES 2020 ANNUAL REPORT

Face coverings are required at large outdoor gatherings in King County

Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases, face coverings are required for everyone 5 years of age and older – both vaccinated and unvaccinated – at any outdoor event with 500 or more people in attendance. Face coverings are also strongly recommended in any other outdoor setting where people cannot remain at least 6 feet apart from non-household members.

Celebrating diversity, working to
end racism

National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated between Sept. 15 and Oct. 15. NHHM honors the diverse traditions and contributions of the Latinx community in the United States.

SHA invites comments through Sept. 30. There are many ways to submit comments, including a virtual public hearing on Monday, Sept. 20 at 3:00 p.m.
