Swimming is a great way to cool off and get some exercise, but swimming can also be dangerous if proper safety measures are not in place. SHA offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, July 4 and 5, for the Fourth of July holiday and an SHA Staff Wellness Day 
FREE SUMMER MEALS PROGRAM The Summer Meals Program provides free healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks to children and teens age 18 and younger. Summer sites are open through Aug. 24. 
GET UP TO $20 IN FREE PRODUCE AT THE RAINIER BEACH FARM STAND The farm stand is open every Thursday, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m through Sep. 29. You can bring home fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and more.
