The Seattle Public Library’s free Homework Help program expands to two locations and increases hours. SHA RESIDENTS: REGISTER TO GET A FREE ORCA CARD SHA 19 years or older are eligible to receive a free ORCA transit pass valid through Dec. 31 2026 as part of the City of Seattle SHA Transit Program. The partnership with the City does not extend this offer to Housing Choice Voucher participants at this time.
