The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a professional firm (service provider) to assist SHA residents with digital literacy skills.
SHA is re-issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for On-Call Leadership and Career Development Training and Coaching Services. The first version was issued on May 13, 2019, but in-house SHA changes require this re-issue with certain changes.
Assist SHA in screening applicants and residents for low-income housing programs.
Provide advice, direction and representation regarding SHA’s obligations and options under law, its insurance coverage and related legal proceedings, and in connection with issues related to environmental contamination at SHA properties that arise in the course of operating, purchasing, or selling of said properties.
This Request for Proposals has been delayed and will be reposted in early March 2019.
Assist SHA by managing its telecommunications site program and provide industry specific knowledge in actively marketing SHA’s portfolio of properties to telecommunications firms, including but not limited to negotiation and licensing of new installations and ongoing consultation in matters related to the management of the equipment sites as well as the equipment.
Provide housing counseling and stability support to the families of homeless students attending Bailey Gatzert Elementary School.
