The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a qualified Service Provider to implement and configure a Contract Management System that will be used to manage procurement contracts from the solicitation phase, through vendor evaluation and selection, contract execution, and closure. In addition, the Contract Management System will aim to assist SHA in tracking and reporting on the various Consultant, Construction, Service and Vendor contracts, Change Orders, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, etc. In the past 12 months, SHA has entered into approximately 400 Contract documents worth more than 50 million dollars. Tracking and reporting has become an issue. SHA seeks a Contract Management System that will simplify this issue.
