Located in the NewHolly neighborhood in Southeast Seattle, it was completely renovated in 2007 to reflect its original beauty. The upper floor houses private office; the first floor is available to rent. It features two large rooms with a fireplace, kitchenette and access to a beautifully landscaped backyard with a large deck—perfect for meetings, parties or other small events.

Standard rates:

Non-refundable reservation deposit: $50.00
Deposit holds your reservation date and will be applied towards the total balance due.

Weekday: $30.00 per hour; two-hour minimum requirement
Weekday hours: Monday 1 a.m. through Friday 7 p.m.

Weekend: $40.00 per hour; two-hour minimum requirement
Weekend hours: Friday 7 p.m. through Monday 1 a.m.

Security patrol: $40.00 per hour; 10:00 p.m. to closing and all-day Sunday requirement

Administrative Fee:  $25.00

Any event serving alcohol must have a Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
