Lee House - Harry Thomas Community Center

7315 39th Ave South, Seattle WA 98118

In its pre-WWII grandeur, the Lee House was home to the family of Seattle police officer Charles Lee. Located in the NewHolly neighborhood in Southeast Seattle, it was completely renovated in 2007 to reflect its original beauty. The upper floor houses private office; the first floor is available to rent. It features two large rooms with a fireplace, kitchenette and access to a beautifully landscaped backyard with a large deck—perfect for meetings, parties or other small events.
