SHA is now seeking a qualified Proposer to configure and implement an ERP/HCM system. The new software platform will be used to support the Finance, and Human Resource functions within the organization.  

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is soliciting proposals from experienced General Contractors to remove existing analog (POTS) emergency elevator phones and replace these analog phones with updated cellular emergency phones.  The Contractor will also be responsible for monitoring the emergency elevator phones and providing operator services to dispatch local emergency response services as well as contacting SHA's elevator service provider to respond in a timely manner in event of entrapments in the elevators.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist SHA to provide, install and support operation of two full-service package locker systems within two separate Seattle Housing Authority Yesler Terrace buildings located in the greater Seattle area. Vendor shall maximize each room’s full potential and offer either through a lease agreement or purchase agreement to supply lockers and provide locker operation services options for SHA to consider which support the full operation, security, management, technical operation, and physical maintenance at each location.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to offer case management services for individuals and families living in SHA’s Family communities, including, but not necessarily limited to Yesler Terrace, New Holly, Rainier Vista the Lake City area and High Point. These communities serve a diverse population of families, elderly and non-elderly individuals, many of whom are immigrants or refugees and who are not English proficient. Case management services should target a wide range of individual, elderly and family issues, including, but not limited to eviction prevention and connecting individuals to social and health services.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a qualified professional firm to provide Lockbox printing and mailing services.  SHA currently mails out over 7,500 tenant rent statements at the end of each month for payment due by the 7th of the following month.  Additionally, SHA mails out approximately 1,400 Solid Waste statements.  SHA is seeking proposals for a lockbox provider that can process these transactions.
