These communities serve a diverse population of families, elderly and non-elderly individuals, many of whom are immigrants or refugees and who are not English proficient. Case management services should target a wide range of individual, elderly and family issues, including, but not limited to eviction prevention and connecting individuals to social and health services.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a qualified professional firm to provide Lockbox printing and mailing services.  SHA currently mails out over 7,500 tenant rent statements at the end of each month for payment due by the 7th of the following month.  Additionally, SHA mails out approximately 1,400 Solid Waste statements.  SHA is seeking proposals for a lockbox provider that can process these transactions.

SHA is seeking a law firm/attorney to provide legal consultation for employment best practices and to conduct workplace investigations for high-risk and complex workplace issues.

Assist SHA in providing general case management services to elderly residents and non-elderly residents with disabilities residing in the SHA facilities and Limited Partnership facilities operated and managed by SHA and in any other facilities as may subsequently be added by change order to the contract.  Proposers must propose on all SHA facilities and Limited Partnership facilities.
