Phase I - General Contractor Pre Construction Design Services and Phase II - A Lobby Addittion and Renovation to a 17-story concrete residential apartment building built in 1967 containing approximately 300 dwelling units that include a Harborview Respite floor, community multi-purpose space and building management offices. The Renovation includes replacement of sewer and domestic plumbing, mechanical/HVAC repairs and replacement, as well as, a new Energy Recovery Ventilation system, new roof, unit upgrades that are budget dependent, and repairs to the exterior walls.
