Description
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) invites sealed bids from contractors for the Primeau Place Reclad Project at 308 14th Ave E Seattle, WA 98112. The work including, but not limited to, replacing the exterior building envelope and siding, replacement of exterior doors and windows, and completing energy-efficient upgrades, including interior lighting replacement and Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and the Ductless Heat Pump (DHP) heater installation in 53 apartment units.
