Neighborhood House is one of the many providers of the Aging and Disability Services for Seattle and King County. ADS plans, coordinates, and advocates for comprehensive service delivery for older adults, family caregivers and people with disabilities in King County.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Information and Assistance in applying for Local Referrals
• Person-Centered Options Counseling (PCOC)
• Language Specific Support
• Support Groups

ELIGIBILITY:

• 60 or older who are residents of King County
• Adults ages 18-59 that have disabilities and/or medical conditions
• A relative, spouse or friend (18 years or older) caring for an older adult or an adult with a disability
• A relative who is the primary caregiver of the child
• A relative who is raising the child with a legal relationship-legal custody-guardianship
