Hinoki, which opened spring of 2022, is located at at the corner of E Yesler Way and 10th Ave. S. This new 7-story building located directly across the street from the Yesler Terrace Community Center and Park. Hinoki features two-story townhouse units and flats consisting of 1, 2, 3- and 4-bedroom units. Three units are set up to support in-home day care businesses.
BREATHE EASY HOMES
The Yesler community has 57 Breathe Easy Homes, units designed for households that have one or more family members with asthma. The units have a special ventilation system, hard flooring and other features that help reduce asthma triggers.
