Seattle Senior Housing Program rent schedule

New residents in the Seattle Senior Housing Program are charged one of five rent levels (or tiers), depending on income, the number of people in the household and the number of bedrooms. Tenants pay for electricity, and gas where applicable. Water, sewer, and garbage are paid for by the Seattle Senior Housing Program.
