Informal Solicitation

This solicitation will be used to establish on-call contracts with one or more Consultants who are certified in environmental assessment to prepare Phase I and Phase II Summary Reports as defined below in the Scope of Work under section A for various SHA properties, in addition to properties SHA is potentially evaluating for acquisition. The Phase I Summary Reports are a typical requirement of financing due diligence of which the report(s) will be used to refinance each property. Reports may also be used in the acquisition or financing of real estate, or for any reason SHA deems necessary or appropriate. This solicitation will develop a bench of consultants from whom SHA will be able to request Work Orders under an on-call basis. The Contracts executed under this solicitation may be extended annually for a period up to 5 years.  The work will be assigned by Work Order.  All Work Orders under the Contract shall not exceed $250,000 over a 5-year period.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a skilled Public Housing consultant to help SHA develop/improve Public Housing compliance, policy, procedure and training documents and processes.

SHA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide cloud web hosting services for the existing seattlehousing.org website, which is the external facing website of the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA), a public agency providing low-income housing and services to nearly 37,000 people. The SHA website is a Drupal site and consists of approximately 2,700 pages, 2,300 files and 1,700 images, with approximately 30,000 users, 40,000 sessions and 120,000 page views per month. The site will be undergoing a transition from Durpal 7 to Drupal 9.

SHA is issuing an Informal Solicitation for New Holly Roof & Gutter Cleaning + High Point North Roof, Gutter & Siding Cleaning

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) was recently allocated 498 Emergency Housing vouchers (EHV) by the Department of Urban Development (HUD) to serve people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and/or fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence.  As part of the receipt of these vouchers, HUD requires that SHA provide housing search assistance to help EHV households successfully lease rental units.  SHA is seeking a firm to perform these services.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a skilled strategic planning consultant to help SHA develop a strategic plan and strategic planning process that furthers the agency’s mission and exemplifies its values and cornerstones.  The selected planning consultant shall serve as the lead in partnership with the SHA Office of Policy and Strategic Initiatives.
