The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) was recently allocated 498 Emergency Housing vouchers (EHV) by the Department of Urban Development (HUD) to serve people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and/or fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence.  As part of the receipt of these vouchers, HUD requires that SHA provide housing search assistance to help EHV households successfully lease rental units.  SHA is seeking a firm to perform these services.

Perform the annual confidence test of fire alarm systems and wet sprinkler systems in all apartments, the confidence test and certification of wet and dry sprinkler systems, annual backflow testing and annual fire extinguisher certification at SHA Raven Terrace and Red Cedar property locations.

Locate and repair four (4) underground steam pipes, replace one boiler tank, and repair steam pipe leak in a SHA building.
