Digital Navigators provide tech support for SHA Housing Choice Voucher participants. Do you need technical support for your phone, laptop, desktop, or troubleshooting for any devices? Would you like to learn new skills? Need help getting affordable internet connectivity? Digital Navigators can assist you.

SHA Resident Portal Assistance Walk-In Hours 

Every Tuesday 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

  • Register & Navigate the SHA Portal

  • Complete Your Annual & Interim Recertification

  • Confirm SHA's Housing Assistance Payment for your unit

  • View Your Inspection Dates, Status & History

  • Update Your Information Quickly & Securely
