Juniper, part of SHA's Yesler community, is scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2025. The seven-story building is located at the top of Yesler Hill Climb, one block away from the Yesler Park and Community Center. Juniper has 114 apartments consisting of 1, 2, 3- and 4-bedroom units, including several that meet UFAS standards. All units are air conditioned. Streetcar and bus stops are one block away. Seattle's Little Saigon is just down the hill. Yesler Terrace Park includes a spray park, playgrounds and free-play soccer and basketball areas.
