The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to Saw cut asphalt parking lot and connect 4 roof drains to parking lot catch basin.  Repave east parking lot with new striping.

SHA is soliciting for a qualified firm to review three to five recent SHA residential use and mixed-construction building projects to identify reasons for cost variance compared to non-profit and for-profit housing development in Seattle and determine whether SHA is benefiting from its construction contract delivery method which is similar to a GCCM method.

SHA desires to contract with a qualified Service Provider to conduct a regular market survey and study in accordance with HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program guidelines, and provide a database or rent reasonable determination.

SHA is seeking 1-2 qualified artist(s) to participate in a One Year Artist Residency program associated with the redevelopment of Yesler Terrace community. This program is part of a multi-year initiative that brings arts and culture programs to the Yesler community This residency program does not include AIR housing.
