The Office of Policy and Strategic Initiatives (OPSI) is seeking a branding and marketing consultant in order to develop effective strategies and tactics that communicate the significance of using housing as a platform to foster stability and self-sufficiency and design messaging that drives action among policy makers, program management, staff, clients, and partners (including landlords).

Furnish and Install a new aluminum storefront, a new aluminum swing door and door operator system to create a new security entrance, at the interior vestibule at Ross Manor’s – ‘Post Alley’ entrance. 1420 Western Ave Seattle WA 98101.

The drain line replacement project will focus on removal and replacement of the drain risers at four (4) identified locations at the kitchen sinks where the vertical drains run under the concrete slab floor.

Roof and Gutter Cleaning

Informal solicitation to install a drainage system at the east side of the building at 3255 21st Ave W to mitigate storm water issues present.
