The Seattle Housing Authority’s master plan for a vibrant, quality community at Yesler includes partnering with a nonprofit housing provider.
The 13th & Fir development is made possible through a partnership between the Seattle Housing Authority (the landowner and a project funder), the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda), Community Roots Housing, Seattle Office of Housing, Seattle Human Services Department and the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Early Learning Facilities
