SHA has various categories of services to be offered to SHA communities.  SHA is requesting proposals from firms for each of those categories listed below. The purpose of these categories is to implement neighborhood-based education initiatives for SHA communities that ensures that children have access to high-quality educational opportunities and increased access to programs that combine a continuum of effective community services, strong family support and comprehensive education services. Key strategies, outcomes and actions are focused on supporting youth from cradle to college with an overarching goal of increasing high school graduation and post-secondary degree obtainment.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/ professional firm to provide Bond Underwriting services. SHA anticipates the use of this service for the agency’s pipeline of development, redevelopment, and repositioning projects as well as potential acquisitions. Based on our current development pipeline, we anticipate about one bond issuance each year. This service is a vital component in providing the consultation and technical support needed for project financing.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking for a firm to provide strategic services focusing on designing and implementing a plan for Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) residents to access permanent supportive housing (PSH), as their ability to live in independent housing changes due to age and/or health status. The budget is estimated not-to-exceed $200,000.00 over a 2-year period. The contract period will begin upon execution of the contract and will expire 2-years from the contract execution date.

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified Vending Concessionaire to install and operate beverage and snack machines in specified residential and administrative SHA facilities. The selected Concessionaire shall install, service, and maintain vending machines in the SHA facilities listed in this RFP, and in other facilities as may subsequently be added by Change Order to the Contract resulting from this RFP (hereinafter referred to as SHA facilities). Proposers must propose on all SHA facilities listed in this RFP.
