This is a multi-site project to replace common area lighting fixtures in 10 public housing communities with energy efficient hardwired LED fixtures. The project seeks to maximize energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption as part of the Seattle City Light Multifamily Common Area Lighting Program. Common areas include, but are not limited to: stairwells, corridors, community rooms, exterior pathways, parking areas, and entry lighting. Approximately 1711 light fixtures are targeted for replacement, lamp retrofit, or removal.

Phase 1 preconstruction work and Phase 2 Construction work. Preconstruction activities include but are not limited to project schedule, submittals, permitting, financial closing. Construction work includes construction of affordable housing in a wood-framed residential building consisting of approximately 89,832 sf and 81 dwelling units, a multi-purpose community space, building management office, and 75 surface parking stalls.

Landscape Services for Hoa Mai Gardens located at 221 10th Avenue S.
The Contractor will be required to furnish and install, through self performance or the management of Subcontractors, the following elements of work, including but not limited to: right-of-way infrastructure improvements including but not limited to construction of stormwater erosion control, tree protection, pavement demolition, utility demolition, new sanitary sewer and storm sewer infrastructure, temporary sewer bypass, roadway and sidewalk improvements including curb ramps and planter strip improvements. Additional parcel improvements including but not limited to construction of stormwater erosion control, tree protection, lead soil abatement, building foundation demolition, hardscape demolition, demolition of site features, overhead utility demolition, rough grading, private access drive (PAD) construction, storm drainage and site restoration.

A comprehensive elevator modernization of two (2) thirteen (13) stop 3,500 lbs. (200 fpm) geared overhead traction passenger elevators at Bayview Towers. Modernize Passenger Elevators 1 & 2 with new VVVF motor control.
The contractor will be required to furnish and install, through self-performance or the management of Subcontractors, the following elements for work including but not limited to: remove existing exterior windows for 24 townhome apartments and replace with new; remove all unit entry and exterior storage room doors and replace with new; remove all sliding glass back patio doors and replace with new; replace all vinyl trim material with fiber cement siding; replace all exterior door, window and building trim with painted wood; seal and paint all new siding and trim; replace perimeter fencing at property.
SHA is seeking bids from qualified contractors for plumbing and drain line replacement at Cedarvale Village. The selected contractor will replace all gavanized metal water supply lines and all ductile iron drain lines at 24 townhome apartments in 6 buildings.
Remove existing exterior cladding and replace with fiber-cemnt siding, remove and replce windows, install vertical window covering, and remove and replace deck membrane and handrails (4th floor deck).
