Annual Inspections Suspended

The Seattle Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher program is suspending HQS Annual Inspections effective Friday, March 13, 2020 through Wednesday, April 30, 2020. SHA staff will  reach out directly to those affected to provide more information. 

Clients who have concerns they believe need to be addressed immediately by an HQS Inspection, or who have other concerns or questions, may contact HCVInspectionsdesk@seattlehousing.org.

Housing Search Assistance Open Hours Suspended

SHA has temporarily canceled Thursday Housing Search open hours. Housing Choice Voucher clients who need assistance with locating a unit or wish to speak with a Housing Counselor may call 206.239.1739 or email HCVHousingCounselors@seattlehousing.org .

Report Changes in Income

Housing Choice Voucher clients experiencing a reduction in income or work hours as a result of the COVID-19 emergency should fill out this form and return to their caseworker.  To find a  caseworker’s contact information, visit SHA's Staff Directory, call 206.239.1728 or email HCV@seattlehousing.org.
