More than 100 residents gathered in the community room at Denny Terrace for an early Thanksgiving celebration with games and entertainment. Newly appointed SHA Board of Commissioner member and resident, Twyla Minor, planned and prepared a delicious spread of turkey, ham, collard greens, mashed potatoes, stuffing and pumpkin pie. Residents were also treated to raffle prizes and small gifts. Twyla helps with the emergency feeding program for the Greater Mt. Baker Baptist Church and is well known in her community as the main chef for holiday dinners.
