Enroll your child in Kindergarten

Will your child be 5 by August 31, 2018? Then it's time to sign them up for kindergarten.

At this school registration event, you can:

• Ask questions
• Get help with online registration for children in any grade
• Learn how to help your child transition smoothly
• Interpreters are available

Items you will need to register your child:*

• Parent photo ID
• Child's passport or birth certificate
• 2 proofs of home address dated within the past 8 weeks (examples of proof of home address can be found here)
• Child's immunization (shots) record

*Exceptions can be made for families in transition.

Children living in Seattle are guaranteed an assignment based on their address or the school best able to serve their needs. Find your neighborhood school here.
